The fundraising process (investors or debt) is necessary for the growth of the enterprise/business. The process is not immediate; it is essential to plan the time when the money will be required and organize in advance for the fundraising so that the investment/loan comes in at the right time. An orderly process with the investors/banks will increase the company's bargaining power.

A business plan is a road map containing an economic-business analysis of the venture. It helps entrepreneurs or managers decide which way to go, stay focused on the goals the Startup has set for itself over time, and present it to external parties if required. The business plan details objectives and outlines how to achieve them while analyzing the product, the market, the customers and competitors, and the venture's capabilities.
